GRIFFITH F. FLAHERTY, Partner

Griff Flaherty has been practicing with Seligmann, Beckerman and Flaherty, PLLC for over 17 years.

Mr. Flaherty has considerable litigation experience, with an emphasis on construction, real estate and general commercial litigation. He has represented owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all aspects of construction contract preparation and negotiation, and has resolved his clients’ liens and claims through mediation, arbitration and trial. Mr. Flaherty also focuses on litigation of leases and disputes between small business participants.

Bar Membership

Mr. Flaherty is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and the construction law sections of the Washington and American Bars. Mr. Flaherty is a past member of the King County Bar’s Fair Campaign Practices Committee. Mr. Flaherty is admitted to practice in Washington courts, the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
